ST. HENRY - School board members accepted a $53,975 donation during Monday's meeting to establish a scholarship.
The donation was made by 1944 alumna Sister Mary Henry Bernard's trust to establish the Henry and Matilda Bernard Scholarship fund.

Village to assess video providers
COLDWATER - Village council members on Monday suspended the rules to pass an emergency ordinance establishing a video service provider fee.

The Wright State University-Lake Campus baseball team got over its first-round blues Monday at the USCAA Small College World Series.
Covington native Scott Manson won the T-H Marine Fishing League Worldwide Bass Fishing League opener on Grand Lake St. Marys over the weekend.
Manson brought five bass to scale on Saturday, weighing 13 pounds, four ounces to take top honors in the Buckeye Division opener.
