| Long-time Lake Improvement Association Treasurer Lowell Dues, Coldwater, won this year’s Guardian of the Lake award sponsored by the nonprofit Lake Improvement Association (LIA). Dues was presented with the award plaque during the LIA’s Sept. 6 meeting. He received the award for his many years of dedication to lake issues. Dues has been an LIA member for 49 years and treasurer for 25 years. |
