| It was an “up-and-down” kind of day for Celina twins Candra and Thomas Francis as they skated their way around the new ice rink on Grand Lake Road on Monday afternoon. The 12-year-olds (Candra is one minute older, her brother admitted) didn’t seem to mind the cold temperatures as they whirled, twirled — and landed on their behinds quite frequently. Children all over the Grand Lake area got a break from school Monday in honor of Martin Luther King Day. |
