10-23-04 Coldwater clinches a share of MAC title

  The win puts the Cavaliers at 9-0 on the season and 7-0 in the MAC. Fort Recovery drops to 1-8 and 1-6.

  Ross Homan rushed for one touchdown and caught a pass from Steve Borger for another in the game. Borger also connected with Craig Wellman and Ryan Gerlach for touchdown passes. Wellman and Andy Boudreau also added rushing touchdowns while Justin Kahlig caught a 16-yard pass from backup quarterback Sam Slavik.
  Fort Recovery was held to just 148 yards of offense against the Cavaliers. The lone score came when end Tyler Wuebker took a shot at passing and found Dusty Guggenbiller for a 54-yard touchdown strike as time ran out in the third quarter.
