Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners of Mercer County, Ohio until 10:00 A.M. on May 26, 2026, at the office of the Mercer County Commissioners located at 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, OH 45822 for Center Line and Edge Line Pavement Marking for Various Mercer County Roads and all work incidental thereto in accordance with the specifications therefor.

Bids will be opened at 10:00 A.M., May 26, 2026, in the Office of the County Commissioners.

Each bid package must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid guaranty shall be in the form of either:

1. A bond for the full amount of the bid, or

2. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Upon entering a contract, a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the project will be required.

As this is a federally funded project, all bids shall meet all applicable federal requirements, including the correct payment of federal prevailing wages.

A completed bid blank should be submitted on the project.

All bidders must be currently on ODOT'S list of pre-approved contractors.

Bids for the 2026 Street Resurfacing Project will be received by the Village of Fort Recovery at the Village Hall, 201 S. Main Street, Fort Recovery, OH 45846, until Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Mercer County Commissioners, acting for the Village of Montezuma, will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Montezuma Park Improvements Project within the Village of Montezuma, Ohio.

Bids will be received at the Mercer County Commissioners office located at Room A201, 220 W. Livingston Street, Celina, OH 45822, until 11:00 a.m. (local time), April 23, 2026, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Siegrist-Jutte Road Bridge Rehabilitation Project

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Mercer County Commissioners for the bridge rehabilitation and roadway approach work on Siegrist-Jutte Road in Mercer County. The road and bridge improvements shall consist of reconstructing the existing roadway, improving the existing drainage along the road, resurfacing the entire reconstructed roadway and constructing a prestressed concrete bridge deck on rehabilitated capped-pile abutments.
