The Mercer County Department of Job and Family Services has filed a Complaint regarding the child in the above captioned case. The Motion requests that Protective Supervision of the child be granted to the Mercer County Department of Job and Family Services.

James Harris and any Unknown/Unnamed Father are to be personally present in the Mercer County Juvenile Court, Mercer County Court House, 101 North Main Street, Rm. 307, Celina, OH 45822 at 9:30 a.m. on September 15, 2026.
