DELINQUENT TAX LIST - REAL ESTATE TAXES
Section 5721.03 of the Revised Code of Ohio makes it mandatory that the real estate that has become delinquent shall be advertised in the name of the owner, together with the amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest due and unpaid thereon.
These parcels shall be advertised on NOVEMBER 5, 2025, unless paid in full OR arrangements for installment payments are made by noon November 3, 2025, which is within 48 hours of the advertised date. The delinquent list can be found on our website https://auditor.mercercountyohio.gov
DELINQUENT VACANT LAND TAX LIST
This list is land on which taxes have remained unpaid for one year after being certified delinquent and they are subject to foreclosure and forfeiture proceeings as provided in the Ohio Revised Code Section 5721.14, unless the taxes, assessments, interest, and penalties due and owing on them are paid within twenty-eight (28) days after the final publication of the notice.
These parcels shall be advertised on NOVEMBER 5, 2025, unless paid in full OR arrangements for installment payments are made by noon November 3, 2025, which is within 48 hours of the advertised date.
MANUFACTURED HOME TAXES AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES
Section 5719.04 of the Revised Code of Ohio makes it mandatory that the manufactured homes and personal property that have become delinquent shall be advertised in the name of the owner, together with the amount of taxes, penalties and interest due and unpaid thereon.
The parcels shall be advertised on NOVEMBER 5, 2025, unless paid in full OR arrangements for installment payments are made by noon November 3, 2025, which is within 48 hours of the advertised date.
An interest charge will accrue on accounts remaining unpaid after the last day of November unless the taxpayer enters a written understanding to pay such taxes in installments.
The books of the Treasurer of Mercer County are open for the collection of all delinquent real estate, personal property and manufactured home taxes on Monday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. November 11, 2025, in observance of Veterans Day, the office is closed.
