Ordinance 1771 - An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of land acquisition notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds in the maximum principal amount of $550,000.

Ordinance 1773 - An ordinance authorizing the police department for the Village of Coldwater to enter into a Mutual Aid Agreement effective Feb. 21, 2026.

Resolution 849 - A resolution opposing rate increases by AES Ohio and requesting that the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio deny AES Ohio's request
