You are hereby notified that you have been named as Defendant in a legal action entitled AEP ENERGY, INC. vs. WAYNE IGA, INC. This action has been assigned Case Number 25-CIV-130 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, Ohio.
The object of the complaint is to pursue payment for the outstanding balance on AEP Energy Acct. No. 3024652425.
Plaintiff demands judgement (a) against Defendant, the amount of $35,878.24 as of October 17, 2025, together with pre-judgment and post-judgment interest at the contract rate off 18% per annum; (b) against Defendant, reasonable attorney's fees and costs of suit; and (c) such other and further relief as the Court deems just, equitable, and proper.
You are hereby required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once each week for six (6) successive weeks, pursuant to Ohio Civ. R. 4.4(A)(1). The last publication will be made on 6/4/2026 and the twenty-eight (28) days for answer will commence on that date.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

To: Teresa Long, Lisa Long, Tim Long, and Jim Long, the lineal descendants of Delbert Long, deceased, the brother of Mary Ann Garman, and Kristina Harrod, great niece, whose places of residence and addresses are unknown to the fiduciary, will take Notice that the decedent, Mary Ann Garman, died on August 22, 2025, that the decedent's Will was admitted to probate by the Mercer County Common Pleas Court, Probate Division, Mercer County, Ohio, located at 101 North Main Street, Suite 307, Celina, OH 45822 on the 26th day of November, 2025.
This notice is given to Teresa Long, Lisa Long, Tim Long and Jim Long and
Kristina Harrod and all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in this will who do not waive notice. After a certificate is filed evidencing any notices given, any action to contest the validity of this will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002.
