Now filed a Motion to Modify Parental Rights and Responsibilities and Other Relief in the Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, Ohio, 101 N. Main Street #301, Celina, OH 45822, the same being Case No. 14-DIV-035.
Gina M. Brummett has twenty-eight days from the date of this publication to respond to the Motion to Modify Parental Rights and Responsibilities of Jason Q. Now in writing by delivering a copy of her response to the Mercer County Common Pleas Court, Counsel for Jason Q. Now, and all other parties presented herein.
A Pre-Trial shall be heard on the 10th day of August, 2026 at 9:00 A.M.
A Final Hearing shall be heard on the 10th day of August, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.
Said cause shall be published for six consecutive weeks.
