NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

CITY OF CELINA PLANNING COMMISSION

October 16, 2025

The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 16, 2025, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

The first item is a request from RCS Construction for a site plan review for a new condo project off SR 703 between Lakeview Drive and Mariner Point Drive. Zoning is R-3.

The City of Celina Planning Commission requests that the applicant or their designee attend this meeting so in the event of any questions they can be answered and a decision can be made at meeting.
