The Planning Commission of the City of Celina will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2026, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

The first item is a request from Investacor Inc. requesting a lot split/easement vacation at 2207 Eaglebrooke Circle (lot #165). Zoning is R-1.

The second item is a request from Wilhelmina Klosterman requesting a conditional use at 431 E. Market Street. She would like to construct a residential duplex. Zoning is B-1.

The third item is a request by Kent Shaner requesting a final plat approval for Wheatland Acres Phase VII. Zoning is R-1.

The fourth item is a request by the Board of Education (Celina City Schools) for a site plan review for an existing building renovation and a track and field complex. Zoning is R-1.

HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE MEETING

O.R.C. 519.08/519.12

A public hearing will be held before the Hopewell Township Trustees on October 20, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. at the Hopewell Township House, 9708 Canary Road, Celina, OH, for the general business of the board and to consider the following:

The Hopewell Township Zoning Commission and the Mercer County Regional Planning Commission have provided recommendations regarding proposed zoning amendments that have been proposed by the Township Trustees. The Trustees will consider the recommendations and make amendments as appropriate. The text and maps for the proposed amendment will be available for examination at the office of the Mercer County Commissioners weekdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. 10 days prior to the hearing. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Township Trustees will take action on the matter.

The Planning Commission of the City of Celina, will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026,in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.

The firstitem is a request from MRSI of Celina requesting a conditional use at 910 S. Sugar Street for an adult day care facility. Zoning is B-1.

The second item is a request from Cooper Hatchery Inc. requesting a site plan approval for 1800 Industrial Drive. They are wanting to build onto existing site. Zoning is M-2.
