PUBLIC NOTICE
The Village Council of the Village of Fort Recovery, Ohio, adopted Resolution 2024-01 authorizing the sale of unneeded, obsolete or unfit for use Village personal property by internet auction. The Village shall contract with GovDeals to act as its representative for the purpose of disposing of said property through the www.govdeals.com website. All such property shall be offered for sale pursuant to the Village of Fort Recovery, Ohio's "On-line Sales - Terms and Conditions" and shall be sold on an "As-Is, Where-Is" basis. All items will be made available to the public on govdeals.com for a minimum of ten (10) days.
This notice will be posted on the Village of Fort Recovery, Ohio webpage (http://www.fortrecovery.org) and will be accessible by selecting the link on the home page titled "Internet Auction." A complete copy of RES 2024-01 and the "Online Sales - Terms and Conditions" will be posted along with this notice. A copy of the same will be available for inspection at the office of Village Administrator, Village of Fort Recovery, 201 S. Main St., Fort Recovery, OH 45846 during normal business hours.

The Granville Township Trustees intend to sell the following properties as not needed for public use.

Sealed bids will be received by the Township via mail at 640 Cooper Avenue, Saint Henry, OH 45883 until 5 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2024. All bids will be opened at the next regular township trustee meeting held on September 23, 2024, at the Granville Township Building at 752 Cooper Drive, Saint Henry, OH 45883. Sealed bidders may attend the meeting and may, at that time, increase their bids as in a public auction.
