Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Celina City School District, Mercer County, Ohio, will offer for sale at public auction at 1225 Shinn Drive, Celina, OH, commencing at 7:00 p.m., June 4, 2026, the following described property:
A new single family dwelling located on lot #107 in the City of Celina, Ohio, with an assigned address of 1225 Shinn Drive, easements, and restrictions of record.
METHOD OF SALE:Subject to the right of the Board of Education to reject all bids, the sale shall be made to the highest bidder, but shall not be final until written notification of the acceptance of the bid is given by the Board.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash (in the form of cash, or a certified or cashier's check) within the time provided in the conditions of sale as referred to below.
DEPOSIT:Cash, or certified cashier's check payable to the Board of Education of the Celina City School District, or a combination in the amount of $10,000 will be required at the time of the public auction from the highest bidder as security for faithful performance should the bid be accepted, which amount will be applied on the purchase price in the event the bid is accepted by the Board of Education.

In pursuance of an order issued from Celina Municipal Court, Mercer County, State of Ohio, made 3/23/26, and to me directed, I will offer for sale at Public Auction in the Courtroom of Celina Municipal Court, 202 North Main Street, Celina, Ohio on MONDAY, APRIL 6, 2026, at 8:00 AM of said day, the following property, to wit: Manufactured home, which is further described as a 1995, MANUFACTURER/MODEL UNKNOWN, SERIAL NUMBER MO25063 currently located at 8178 US ROUTE 33, CELINA, OH 45822 and various personal items located inside the manufactured home.Said property has been appraised at $6,500 and cannot sell for less than two-thirds of appraisement and is sold subject to prior liens. The terms of Sale shall be Cash. The appraisal is based upon a visual inspection of the property to which access was readily available.
