Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will be received by Heritage Trails Park District, 30 E. Auglaize Street, P.O. Box 53, Wapakoneta, OH 45895, until Friday, March 7, 2025, at 4 p.m. local time for:

Project Name: E.J. Mackenbach Preserve Wetland

Location: Noble Township, Auglaize County

One electronic copy of each SOQ is required for submittal or one flash drive. The scope of work shall be to provide Design-Build services to construct approximately 4.6- acres of wetland and restore field to natural habitat, including restoration activities identified for this project include design and construction of open-water wetland habitat, ephemeral wetland pool habitat, upland buffer habitat, and utilization of native plantings within and surrounding the wetland habitat. Electronic copies of the RFQ may be obtained free of charge from the Heritage Trails Park District website at www.htparks.org. Hard copies of the RFQ will be made available upon request.

Interest contractors should submit SOQ as instructed within the RFQ no later than Friday, March 7, 2025, at 4 p.m. All questions concerning the project must be submitted no later than Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. to Executive Director P.J.
