The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance Request on the 25th day of November, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Michael Yohey, requests a Variance for the property located at 7058 St. Rt. 219, Celina, Ohio 45822.
Section 1127:29 of the Zoning Code requires a minimum setback of 40' from the utility line from the front of the property. The applicant is requesting a 26' Variance to replace an existing awning with a wood gabled roof.

The Washington Township Zoning Board of Appeals, Mercer County, Ohio, will have a variance permit hearing on November 19, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. for Matt Heinrichs, 1299 State Route 219, Fort Recovery, Ohio, for Lot 5 & 6 - parcels: 07-33-204-006 & 07-33-204-001. The request is for an addition south of the current shop. With the new addition it would be a 40' x 100' building attached to current shop. The required setbacks from the side yard will not be met after the building is constructed.
