The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Celina will hold public meeting on Thursday, November 20, 2025, in the Celina Administration Building, 225 N. Main Street (second floor in the City Council Chambers). The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following request(s).
For review is a request by Carl Huber for a digital sign at 114 E. Forest Street (bowling alley), Zoning is B-3.
Also for review is a request by Bernard and Nyoka Fast of 315 N. Walnut St., requsting a garage that will go over the allowed lot coverage of R-2 zoning.
