Notice is hereby given that an application for variance has been submitted by Alex and Emily Geier, to the Village of Coldwater Board of Appeals for the property located at 877 Cecelia Drive, Coldwater, Ohio.
Applicant requests a Variance as per Section IV - Use Regulations of Zoning Ordiance No. 1761 for the Village of Coldwater for the said property. The owner is proposing to construct a front porch to their home. The proposed addition will encroach on the front yard setback which will require a Variance by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
