The Washington Township Zoning Board of Appeals, Mercer County, Ohio, will have a variance permit hearing on February 29, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. for Tony & Lindsey Youngpeter, 1240 Menchhofer Road, Coldwater, Ohio. Tony & Lindsey Youngpeter would like to add onto their existing storage building which then they would not meet the side setback requirements of twenty feet and the rear setback requirements of thirty feet. They are requesting a variance and asking what the minimum requirements would be to meet the zoning board requirements.

Notice is hereby given that an application for variance has been submitted by Fraternal Order of Eagles to the Village of Coldwater Board of Appeals for the property located at 600 Woodview Drive, Coldwater Ohio.
