NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE AND PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an application for variance has been submitted by Clint and Ashleigh Tobe, to the Village of Coldwater Board of Appeals for the property located at 1104 North Elm Street, Coldwater OH.
Applicant requests a variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 1761 for the Village of Coldwater for the said property. The owner is proposing to construct a 20' x 30' pool house in the rear yard setback which requires a variance by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
