Cathy A. Ballinger Cathy A. Ballinger, 56, died May 7, 2004, at her home in Fort Wayne, Ind., due to cancer.
She was born July 12, 1947, in Coldwater to Aloysius and Luetta (Bruns) Wourms, who are deceased. On April 21, 1979, she married Jack Ballinger, who survives in Fort Wayne.
Other survivors are: two daughters, Angie Fouch of Portland, Ind., and Teresa Rice of Fort Wayne; a son, Johnathan Ballinger of Fort Wayne; three brothers, Tim Wourms, Dayton, Ronald Wourms, Sidney, and Steve Wourms, Coldwater; a sister, Sandra Aase of Crystal, Minn.; and seven grandchildren.
She was a bookeeper at G&W Radiator and was a manager at Peerless Cleaners.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Covington Memorial Funeral Home, Fort Wayne.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial is at Covington Memorial Gardens.
