Danny Booher Celina native Danny E. Booher, 56, of Harrod, died at 11:32 p.m. May 17, 2004, at Lima Memorial Hospital. Death was due to natural causes. He was born May 18, 1947, in Celina, to Edmund and Marie Kendall Booher. On June 11, 1983, he married Bonnie Brown who survives. Also surviving are a son, Scott, at home; a brother, Ed (Becky) of Lima; and two sisters, Diana Stemen, Richmond, Va., and Eileen (Ron) Schumacher, Lima. A son, Danny, and a sister, Cathy Golden, are deceased. He owned and operated Lost Creek Garage and served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam conflict. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Ada, American Legion Post 96, Lima, and the National Muzzle Loaders Association. He was past president of the former Allen County Mechanics Association and a former YMCA baseball coach and a 4-H adviser. Services are 1 p.m. Friday at Armentrout Funeral Home, Waynesfield, the Rev. Jack Duffy officiating. Burial will follow at Huntsville Cemetery. Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Andrew Lee
Andrew C. "Andy" Lee, 17, of Spencerville, died at 9:28 p.m. May 17, 2004, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. Death was due to injuries sustained in a four-wheel cycle accident near Spencerville. He was born Feb. 12, 1987, in Lima, to Mark H. and Theresa L. Degen Lee, who survive. Also surviving are a sister, Abigail, at home; grandparents Sonny and Mary Lou Degen, and great-grandmother Jenny Deger, all of Spencerville. Deceased are grandparents Paul M. and Juanita C. Lee. He was a junior at Spencerville High School, where he was a member of the National Honor Society and the football team. He was a member of Bethlehem Christian Union Church, near Buckland, and the church youth group. Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Jeff Phail officiating. Burial will follow at Spencerville Cemetery. Calling is 1-9 p.m. Friday at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
