Phillip Spahr

Phillip Michael Edward Spahr, 13, Greenville, died of natural causes at 10:30 p.m. May 23, 2004 at Wayne Hospital, Greenville.
   He was born Nov. 21, 1990, in Indianapolis to Lanny and Virginia Hainline Spahr, who survive in St. Marys.
   Also surviving are: two brothers, Blazin and Jared, Greenville; a sister, Amber, Greenville; paternal grandmother, Delorse Mote, Greenville; maternal grandparents, Earl and Connie Hainline, Rockford; and maternal great-grandmother, Helen Heath, Washington.
   Deceased are a sister, De'Anna; maternal grandfather, Phillip E. Spahr; and maternal great-grandmother, Evelyn Hainline.
   He was a seventh grade student at Greenville Junior High School where he played trumpet in the band. He was a member of the Darke County Soccer Association, the junior high theater group and helped with Kid Community. He was a member of Crossroads at the Evangelical United Methodist Church.
   Services are 2 p.m. Friday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, with Sylvia McKibben officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Cemetery.
   Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
   Contributions can be made to the Darke County Soccer Association.
