Rev. Louis Barga The Rev. Louis Barga, C.PP.S., 77, died at 2:15 p.m. March 6, 2005, in the infirmary at St. Charles Center, Carthagena. He was born July 20, 1927, in North Star and was ordained a priest with the Missionaries of the Precious Blood in 1954. Funeral Mass is 2 p.m. Thursday at Assumption Chapel at St. Charles, the Revs. Angelo Anthony and Larry Hemmelgarn officiating. Burial will follow at the community cemetery. Mary Lou Biederman, 62, 403 N. Franklin St., New Bremen, died at 10:52 p.m. March 5, 2005, in the emergency room at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. Services are 10:30 a.m. March 13, 2005, at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen. Burial will follow at Lima Memorial Park. Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Constance J. Collins, 48, of Van Wert, died at 5:25 a.m. March 6, 2005, at Van Wert Manor Nursing Home. Death was due to natural causes. She was born Feb. 8, 1957, in Dayton, to Joseph R. and Lois E. Hull Sheets. Her mother survives in Celina. On Aug. 20, 1977, she married Mark A. Collins who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Benjamin J. and Jared E., both of Van Wert; a brother, David Sheets, Sydney, Australia; a sister, Belinda (Terry) Kutter, Centerville; and a stepsister, Teri (John) Shaw, Olive Branch, Miss. She formerly worked at Van Wert County Hospital and at numerous doctor's offices in Van Wert. She attended Calvary Evangelical Church, Van Wert, and was a member of Grace Brethren Church, Trotwood. Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Van Wert church, the Rev. Ray Feeck and Pastor Charles E. Lawson officiating. Calling is 6-8 p.m. Friday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van Wert. Helen G. Dicke, 4170 Dicke Road, New Bremen, died at 9:45 a.m. March 5, 2005, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys. She was born May 27, 1924, near New Bremen, to Arnold and Nora M. Blase Luebkeman. On May 22, 1947, she married Wilton E. Dicke, who survives. Other survivors are four sons, Gerald (Judy), of Phoenix, Ariz., Roland (Cindy) and Lee (Linda), all of New Bremen, and Randy (Karen), of St. Marys; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Deceased is a sister, Marie Wiehe and a brother, Frederick Luebkeman. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in new Bremen and a member of the church's former Busy 12 group. She was a member of American Legion Post 241 auxiliary in New Bremen and also served on the Farm Bureau Council. Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Revs. Richard Wier and John Tostrick officiating. Burial is at German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen. Mabel E. Fritzinger, 93, 8883 state Route 49, Celina, died at 12:10 p.m. March 4, 2005, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater. She was born Jan. 10, 1912, in Harrisburg, to Ervin and Anna Sidner Gantz. On March 8, 1933, she married John Elmer Fritzinger who died Feb. 17, 1990. Surviving are two sons, John (Lucretia) and Bill (Elaine), all of Celina; a daughter, Joanna (Donald) Callahan, Dayton; a sister, Sara Minvrea Lukens, Grove City; 10 grandchildren and and five great-grandchildren. Deceased are three brothers, Neil, Elmer and Harold, and a grandchild. She was a homemaker and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Chattanooga. Services were 11 a.m. today at the church, the Revs. Randall Swanson and Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial followed at State Line Cemetery. Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, had charge of arrangements. Irene E. Moeller, 94, 821 N. Main St., Celina, died at 11:30 p.m. March 4, 2005, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford. She was born Nov. 19, 1910, in New Bremen, to Levi and Mary Meckstroth Neuman. On April 14, 1932, she married Willis Moeller who died Feb. 16, 1980. Surviving are a daughter, Joan (Ed) Bollenbacher, Rockford; a sister-in-law, Marie Neuman, Sidney; three grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren, four great-grandchildren, eight stepgreat-grandchildren and several stepgreat-great-grandchildren. A brother, Wilbert, and a stepgrandchild are deceased. She retired from Huffy and The Winners, both of Celina. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and the women's group of the church, both of Celina, and a 1928 graduate of New Bremen High School. Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen. Rupert Margaret E. Rupert, 83, formerly of 892 Yorkshire Court, St. Marys, died at 10:40 a.m. March 4, 2005, at the St. Marys Living Center. She was born April 3, 1921, in St. Marys, to Henry and Matilda Opperman Kruse. On Dec. 11, 1954, she married Otis Rupert, who died March 9, 1983. Surviving are two sons, Anthony, of St. Marys, and Larry Kruse, Wapakoneta; and numerous nieces and nephews. Deceased are a son, Ronald Kruse; two sisters, Carrie Botkin and Irene Dicke; and two brothers, Ralph Kruse and Leroy Kruse. She was retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in St. Marys and the church's women's group. Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. William Maki officiating. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens near St. Marys. Calling is noon until the time of services Tuesday the church. Miller Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
