Mary Kay Donauer

Mary Kay Donauer, 83, 1017 Emerald Drive, Coldwater, died at 5:35 a.m. June 25, 2005, at her home.
   She was born Aug. 16, 1921, in Dayton, to William and Josephine Westerheide Werner. On June 10, 1950, she married William Donauer who survives.
   Also surviving are four daughters, Cindy (Douglas) Kilgore, Dublin, Nancy (Walt) Hartke and Terry Roode, all of Coldwater, and Linda (Jim) Stocker, Huber Heights; a brother, Bill (Lil) Werner, Las Vegas, Nev.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
   Deceased are a sister and brother-in-law, Irene and Rich Woeste.
   She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality, the American Legion Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and Phi Beta Psi Sorority, all of Coldwater.
   Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Ronald Wilker officiating. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
   Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
   Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Home Health & Hospice.


Stanley Dues

Stanley H. Dues, 80, 611 Terrace Ave., Coldwater, died at 4:45 a.m. June 25, 2005, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
   He was born May 7, 1925, in Mercer County, to Joseph J. and Mary T. Kaup Dues. On Aug. 1, 1946, he married Dorma R. Cummins who survives.
   Also surviving are a son, John (Diane) of Celina; a daughter, Jill (Larry) Sanders, Wapakoneta; two brothers, Lowell (Joan) of Coldwater, and Gregor (Barb) of Michigan; seven sisters, Genevieve (Gregor) Schmitz and Jeanette (Howard) Osterholt, all of St. Henry, Wilma (Vernon) Naber, Minster; Helen (Tom) Homan, Marilyn (Wil) Froelich and Mary Ann (Don) Post, all of Coldwater, and Maria Dues, Russells Point; a sister-in-law, Margaret Dues, Eaton; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
   Deceased are three brothers, Harold, Wilfred and Joseph.
   He retired from Minster Machine Co. and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, the Holy Name Society, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 3025 and American Legion Post 470, all of Coldwater.
   Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater, with the Legion conducting military rites.
   Calling is 3-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
   Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Home Health & Hospice.


Lilas Poppe

Lilas L. Poppe, 94, 226 N. Washington St., New Bremen, died at 10 p.m. June 26, 2005, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
   Arrangements are pending at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen.


Ralph Shindeldecker

Ralph L. Shindeldecker, 86, 218 W. Walnut St., Rockford, died June 26, 2005, at Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
   Arrangements are pending at Lehman Funeral Home, Celina.
