Demera J. Patton
Demera J. Patton, 73, 306 S. Main Street, Fort Recovery, died at 7 a.m. Sept.10, 2005, at the home of her daughter in Fort Recovery.
She was born Aug. 29, 1932, in Fort Recovery, to Walter Steele and Elma Wells. Her first marriage in 1949 was to Harold Linn, who died in 1950. In 1980, she married Jimmie Patton in Virginia Beach. He died on Aug. 30, 2002.
Surviving are two daughters, Carolyn (Dennis) Parsons of Fort Recovery, and Suellen (Mike) Denney of Rochester, Ind.; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and companion, Harry Willman, Fort Recovery.
Deceased are one brother, Jackie Steele; a half brother, Lee Stachler; and two half sisters, Ruth Perin and Wanda Bartung.
Memorial service is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Verl Ballmer officiating.
Calling is after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home..
