Robert Kable Robert Charles Kable, 91, 613 Kingswood Drive, Celina, died at 10 a.m. Sept. 14, 2005, at his home. He was born May 6, 1914, in Celina, to Christian and Luvella Schmidt Kable. He married Grace McCain on March 25, 1939. She survives in Celina. Also surviving are one son John (Debra), St. Marys; three daughters, Valerie (Randy) Muether, and Mary (Kip) Wright, both of Celina, and Christina (Louis) Lobo, Escondido, Calif.; one daughter-in-law, Linda Kable, Celina; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Deceased are two sons Robert Lee and Dennis S., and two infant brothers; two sisters, Orralla Schmidt and an infant sister. He was a lifetime farmer in Liberty Township and served as a township trustee for many years . Funeral service is 10:30 a.m., Monday, at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, the Rev. Lionel H. Krieg, 78, 07389 state Route 364, New Bremen, died at 7:30 a.m. on Sept. 17, 2005, at Joint District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. He was born Jan. 19, 1927, in Jay county, Ind., to Sebastian and Mary Laux Krieg. On January 31, 1948, he married Ruth Hummel, who survives in New Bremen. Also surviving are four sons, Harold (Doris), and Marvin, all of New Bremen, Don (Dot), Wapakoneta, and Larry (Sue), Greencastle, Ind.; one brother, Wilfred (Pat), St. Paul, Minn.; two sisters, Sister Bernice C.PP.S., Dayton, and Matilda (Verlin) Beck, Fort Wayne, Ind.; three daughters, Pat (Joe) Wilson, St. Marys, Jean (Ron) Olberding, Minster, and Marlene (John) Long, St. Marys; 18 grandchildren; two step grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and four step great-grandchildren. Deceased are a son, Karl; a daughter, Cindy; a granddaughter; and a step grandson. He was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church, Chickasaw, a U. S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 2158, Minster, and the American Legion Post 241, New Bremen. A truck driver for over 20 years for the former Lock Two Mills, New Bremen, he also was retired from a lifetime of farming. Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Harry Cavanaugh officiating. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery. Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen. Randy L. Young, 16, 12349 Godfrey Reserve Road, Rockford, died at 7:20 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, 2005, in the Mercer County Community Hospital emergency room, Coldwater, due to injuries sustained in an auto accident. He was born Jan. 25, 1989, in Coldwater, to Randy and Lynn Langenkamp Young, Rockford. Surviving are grandparents, Martha, Montezuma, and Joe and Shirley Langenkamp, Celina; great-grandparents, Margaret Langenkamp, Celina; and Viola Bruns, St. Marys. Deceased is a grandfather Stephen Young. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, Celina, and a member of the Parkway Local Schools Band. He was a junior at Parkway and worked at McDonald's in Coldwater. Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating.
