Kenneth Clifford

Kenneth L. Clifford, 49, 8941 Weitz Road, Celina, died at 6:45 p.m. Oct. 17, 2005, at his home. Death was due to cancer.
   He was born Sept. 25, 1956, in Celina, to Stanley and Alvina Leugers Clifford. On June 1, 1996, he married Amy Rasawehr Clifford, who survives.
   Also surviving are two sons, Amos D. (Laura) and Kyle L.; and two step sons, Phyllip M. Rasawehr and Johnathon K. Geiger; a step daughter, Ashley L. Geiger; a brother, Thomas S. Clifford; and a sister, Sharon A. Heiser; all of Celina.
   He was a truck driver for Robert F. Winner Sons, Inc, Versailles. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1291, both of Celina. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
   Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at Buck Cemetery, Celina.
   Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
   Contributions can be made to State of Heart Home Health & Hospice.


Beth Anne Dwenger

Beth Anne Murrey Dwenger, 28, 18731 Roettger Road, New Knoxville, died at 12:13 a.m. Oct. 17, 2005, at the Ohio State University Medical Center, Rhodes Hall, Columbus. Death was due to cancer.
   She was born Oct. 5, 1977, in Zanesville, to Jeff and Jennifer Beroset Murrey. On Oct. 21, 2000, she married Matt Dwenger, who survives.
   Also surviving are a son, Troy Paul; a daughter, Gretchen Louise; her parents; a brother, Jeff (Jennifer) Murrey; and a grandmother, Mary Murrey, all of Zanesville.
   She was a 1996 graduate of West Muskingum High School and a 2000 graduate of Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's degree in literature.
   Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at New Knoxville United Methodist Church.
   Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Vorhnolt-Miller Funeral Home, New Knoxville, and 10 a.m. Thursday at the church.
   Contributions can be made to a college fund for her children in care of Vornholt-Miller Funeral Home.


Beatrice Kessler

Beatrice A. Kessler, 88, 601 Linden Ave., Celina, died at 12:36 a.m. Oct. 16, 2005, at the Gardens of Celina.
   She was born May 11, 1917, in Darke County, to William H. and Marie Althoff Hecht. Her step mother was Ruth Hecht. On June 15, 1939, she married Paul Kessler, who survives.
   Also surviving are a son, Jon (Nita) of Celina; a daughter, Melinda (Daniel) Kennedy, Canton; a brother, Robert L. (Martha) of Celina; a sister, Anna Lee Amstutz, Celina; and nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
   Deceased are two brothers, Ralph and R. Neil Hecht.
   She was a homemaker and a 1935 graduate of Celina High School. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina.
   Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Jason Tyas officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
   Calling is 3-7 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
   Contributions can be made to the church organ fund.
