Kenneth Clifford

Kenneth L. Clifford, 49, 8941 Weitz Road, Celina, died at 6:45 p.m. Oct. 17, 2005, at his home. Death was due to cancer.
   He was born Sept. 25, 1956, in Celina, to Stanley and Alvina Leugers Clifford. On June 1, 1996, he married Amy Rasawehr Clifford, who survives.
   Also surviving are two sons, Amos D. (Laura) and Kyle L.; and two step sons, Phillip M. Rasawehr and Johnathon K. Geiger; a stepdaughter, Ashley L. Geiger; a brother, Thomas S.; and a sister, Sharon A. Heiser; all of Celina.
   He was a truck driver for Robert F. Winner Sons, Inc, Osgood. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1291, both of Celina. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
   Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at Buck Cemetery, Celina.
   Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
   Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Home Health & Hospice.


Patricia Danaher

Patricia Ann Danaher, 80, 133 Augustus St., St. Marys, died at 9:15 a.m. Oct. 19, 2005, at Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
   She was born Aug. 2, 1925, in Lima, to Carl R. and Naomi Risk Ike. On April 7, 1947, she married Jack V. Danaher, who is deceased.
   Survivors are a son, David of Kodak, Tenn.; a brother, C. Richard Ike, St. Marys; and two grandchildren.
   She was a homemaker. She graduated in 1943 from Memorial High School, St. Marys, and Stephen's College of Columbia, Mo., and was a member of the Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys.
   Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Ed Groff officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
   Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.


Helen Paulus

Helen M. Paulus, 91, 218 Eastown Drive, Wapakoneta, died at 7:35 a.m. Oct. 19, 2005, at Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home.
   She was born June 1, 1914, in St. Marys, her parents Earl and Sylvia Vogan Burkett are deceased.
   Surviving is a son, Robert (Jacqueline) of Celina; two daughters, Carolyn (Kenneth) Leffel, Lima, and Grace Harsh-Combs, Greenville; a brother, Leonard (Betty) Burkett, New Florence, Penn.; and eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
   Deceased are three brothers, Benny and Ernest Shatto, and Clyde Burkett; and two sisters, Virginia DeLeat and Mearle Herzog.
   She was retired from Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 691, Wapakoneta, where she was a prep cook. She also worked at several other eating establishments in the Wapakoneta and St. Marys area.
   Services are 11 a.m. Monday at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Troy Green officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
   Calling is 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
   Contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association.


Mildred VanSchoyck

Mildred VanSchoyck, 85, formerly of 800 Indiana Ave., St. Marys, died at 11:27 a.m. Oct. 19, 2005, at Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
   Arrangements are pending at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.


Howard Axe

Services for Howard F. "Hap" Axe were held at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 19, 2005, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiated. Organist was Cindy Van Santvoord and singers were the Resurection Choir.
   Pallbearers to North Grove Cemetery, Celina, were Mark, Todd, Brian, Derek and Lowell Gagle, Doug Hassan and Ed Schaadt.
