Susan Mullane Susan Mullane, 56, 5139 state Route 81, Willshire, died of natural causes at 10:35 p.m., Jan. 9, 2006, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima. She was born July 8, 1949, in Celina, to Donald and Margery Jeffries Rush. Her mother survives in St. Marys. On July 2, 1984, she married David Mullane, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Jason and Michael Andrews, both of Celina; a daughter, Dixie (Justin) Lies, Willshire; two brothers, Rodney Rush, St. Marys, and Wilbur D. Rush, Mendon; a sister, Roberta (Larry) Daugherty, St. Marys; a father-in-law, Daniel of Lima; a brother-in-law, Daniel III of Lima; a sister-in-law, Susan Robinson, San Antonio, Texas; and seven grandchildren. Deceased is a brother, Jeffrey Rush. She was a homemaker and 1967 graduate of Celina High School. Services are 7 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. William Maki officiating. Dorothy J. Poeppelman, 80, 8 Louie St., Apt. A, Fort Loramie, died at 5:10 p.m. Jan. 9, 2006, at The Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus. She was born Sept. 18, 1925, in Osgood, to Charles and Elenora Griesdorn Bertke. On Sept. 8, 1951, she married Herbert J. Poeppelman, who died Dec. 4, 1999. Surviving is a sister-in-law, Betty Bertke, Rossburg. Deceased are a brother, Charles Bertke; two sisters, Alfreda Cornell and Irene Dapore; and brother-in-law, Irvan Dapore. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie, St. Anne Rosary & Altar Sodality of the church and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1391, Minster. Marie E. Schneider, 92, 268 S. Main St., Minster, died at 6:45 p.m. Jan. 10, 2006, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. She was born March 16, 1913, in Dayton, to John and Kathryn Linnemann Fischer. On May 29, 1937, she married Raymond J. Schneider, who died Jan. 19, 1997. Survivors are a son, Joseph (Gloria) of Atlanta, Ga.; four daughters, Carol (Kenneth) Olding, Minster, Barbara Monnier, Russia, Judy (Todd) Hilgefort, Cincinnati, and Phyllis (Roger) Meyer, Arlington, Texas; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Deceased are a son-in-law, John Monnier; and two grandchildren. She was a homemaker and member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary Aerie 1391, both of Minster. Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Valonda J. "Bonnie" Steveson, 74, 105 E. Broadway St., Fort Recovery, died Jan. 10, 2006, at her residence. She was born Jan. 1, 1932, in Fort Recovery, to Stephen R. and Mabel M. Norris Scott. Survivors are a son, Steven (Josie) Steveson of Oklahoma.; a daughter, Cynthia McGough, Fort Recovery; a sister, Alwilda Thobe, Greenville; two sisters-in-law, Nancy Scott, Wapakoneta, and Joyce Scott, Celina; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Deceased are a son, Robert; two brothers, Robert and Calvin Sr.; and a son-in-law, William McGough. She was a cook in the Fort Recovery area for 30 years, beginning at the former Thobe's Restaurant.
