Delaine Gehle

Former Celina and St. Marys resident Delaine "Dee" Gehle, 71, of Dousman, Wisc., died Oct. 12, 2006, at her residence.
   She was born Jan. 2, 1935, in Syracuse, N.Y., to Brayton and Edwina Rice Wrightmire. On June 25, 1983, she married Thomas E. Gehle, who died Oct. 2, 2001.
   Survivors are two sons, William R. (Maureen) Michaels Jr., Pewaukec, Wisc., and David P. (Lisa) Michaels, Del Mar, Calif.; a daughter, Linda (John) Lewis, New Albany; a sister-in-law, Leni Wrightmire, Mesa, Ariz.; and five grandchildren.
   Deceased are two brothers, Brayton and Robert Wrightmire; and an infant sister.
   She retired as marketing director at Fanning-Howey Associates Inc., Celina. She attended St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina.
   Services are 5 p.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Metheny officiating.
   Calling is 3-5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Sharlene Metz

Sharlene Metz, 71, 701 W. North St., St. Marys, died Oct. 12, 2006, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
   She was born May 21, 1935, in Spencerville, to Wade and Hildred Goodwin Graham. On April 12, 1959, she married Dave Metz, who survives.
   Also surviving are a son, Dana (Renee), Gilbert, Ariz.; a daughter, Denise (David) Locke, Moorseburg, Tenn.; a sister-in-law, Kay Graham, Spencerville; and two grandsons.
   Deceased is a brother, Butch Graham.
   She retired from the former S&W Motel, St. Marys, and was a 1953 graduate of Spencerville High School. She was a member of the Auglaize County Board of Elections and Hawthorne Chapter of Eastern Star, St. Marys.
   Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton
   Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
   Contributions can be made to the Diabetes Association.


Mylee Morgan

Mylee Marie Morgan, 3-day-old daughter of April D. Morgan, Portland, Ind., and Chad Ringo, Celina, died Oct. 12, 2006, at Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Ind.
   She was born Oct. 9, 2006, at the Muncie hospital.
   Also surviving are three sisters, Cameron P. and Emilee N., both of Portland, and Samantha Ringo, Celina; grandparents, Mary S. Callahan, Portland, Ronald Lee, Fort Recovery, and Deb Helms, Rockford; and a great-grandmother, Pauline Lee, Portland.
   Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home, Portland Chapel, the Rev. Tim Stewart officiating. Burial is at Bluff Point Cemetery, south of Portland.
   Calling is after 11 a.m. Saturday at the chapel.


Barbara Robertson

Former Celina resident Barbara Montgomery Robertson, 81, died Oct. 8, 2006, at Sunrise of Carmel in Indiana. Death was due to Alzheimer's disease.
   She was born in Frankfort, Ind., to Carl Sibbitt and Ruth McBride. She was married to former Celina resident Don Montgomery, who survives. Deceased are husbands Warren Weirich and Watson Robertson.
   Surviving are two sons, Bill Montgomery, Celina, and Tom Montgomery, Dale City, Va.; two daughters, Betsy Combs, Indianapolis, Ind., and Nancy Goldberg, Kirkland, Wash.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
   Deceased is a brother, Joe.
   She was a 1943 graduate of Frankfort High School and a 1947 graduate of DePauw University. A former school teacher, she achieved status in the academic honorary societies of Phi Beta Kappa and the Mortar Board. She also was president of DePauw's Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority and a member of Panhellenic Council, the Naiad Synchronized Swimming Group and St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina.
   Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Harry Moore Mortuary, Indianapolis.
   A celebration of life is 2-4 p.m. Saturday at the mortuary.
