Loren Seffernick

Loren A. Seffernick, 14, 8930 Kuck Road, Celina, died at 2:15 p.m. Sept. 27, 2004, at Children's Medical Center in Dayton. Death was due to leukemia. (See story on Page One.)
   She was born April 9, 1990, in Lima, to Bryan and Carol Roberts Seffernick. They survive.
   Also surviving are two brothers, Matthew and Peter, both at home; the grandparents, Herman Jr. and Barbara Seffernick, Spencer- ville, and Paul and Danelda Roberts, Wapakoneta; and a great-grandmother, Delores Hurley, Delphos.
   She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Spencerville, and a freshman at Celina High School, where she was involved in student council, soccer, track and school musicals. She also served as a volleyball statistician and played saxophone in the marching and jazz bands.
   Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. John Fleck officiating. Burial will follow at Kossuth Cemetery.
   Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-9:30 a.m. Friday at Lehman Funeral Home, Celina.
   Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
