* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Fort Recovery area residents Kelsey Fiely, at left, and Abby May brave temperatures in the 90s to offer ice cold lemonade as well as homemade brownies and chocolate chip cookies to passersby. The girls plan to set up shop again today but have not decided how they will use proceeds from their front yard stand along state Route 49.
