Three properties will be demolished using Community Development Block Grant Distress moneys in Montezuma. Owners Joe and Jodie Glick have given the village permission to demolish the out building west of their residence on Main Street. The grant also provides for leveling and seeding the land. The work is expected to start after Jan. 1.
