* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Bobenmoyer
Mary E. Bobenmoyer, 87, of Celina, died at 6:15 p.m. Sept. 24, 2006, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born March 12, 1919, in Herrick, Ill., to Floyd and Flossie Snow Moon. On June 15, 1939, she married Hubert Bobenmoyer, who is deceased.
Survivors are a son, Dave, Celina; a daughter Suzie Stump, Celina; a son-in-law, Jim Watson, Wapakoneta; seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Nancy Watson; two sisters, Louis Buedel and Myrna Arnold; and a grandchild.
She owned and operated the former Snack Shack in Celina for 15 years and was formerly employed by Mersman Brothers, Celina. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Michael Westbay officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
