* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nancy Storer
Nancy Storer, 57, 118 Guy St., St. Marys, died at 11:45 p.m. Sept. 27, 2006, at her residence following an extended illness.
She was born Jan. 6, 1949, in Piqua, to Elmer and Hazel McDermitt Wietholter. Her mother survives in Celina. On Nov. 24, 1967, she married Roy Storer, who survives in St. Marys.
Also surviving are a son, Richard (Julia), Kenton; four daughters, Demia (Scott), Edgecomb, Jennifer (Jason) Alexander, Kassandra and Kandi, all of St. Marys; three brothers, Dan Wietholter, St. Marys, Ben Wietholter, Osgood, and Joe Wietholter, of Florida; three sisters, Lois (Mark) Kinnison, Napanee, Ind., Lorma Topp, New Bremen, and Donna (Jesse) Kaiser, Burkettsville; and 11 grandchildren.
She was employed as a quality technician at Hydro Aluminum, Sidney, and was a 1967 graduate of Marion Local High School, Maria Stein.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. There is no burial information.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
