* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thomas Mackenbach
Thomas Mackenbach, 62, 12012 Evans Road, Mendon, died at 4:41 p.m. Oct. 5, 2006, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident west of St. Marys.
He was born March 13, 1944, in Toledo to William and Virginia Mackenbach. On April 20, 1964, he married Janet Shoffstall, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons: Thomas Jr., Mendon, and Tim, Celina; three daughters, Brenda Slone, St. Marys, Beth Slone, Rockford, and Becky Slone, Celina; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Robert.
A graduate of Memorial High School, he was a farmer and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys.  
Service is 11 a.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Buckland cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
