Connie Martin
Connie C. Martin, 51, 121 Ohio Street, St. Marys, died at 11 a.m. Oct. 21, 2006, at her residence, following an extended illness.
She was born Dec. 31, 1954, in St. Marys, to John E. and Marjorie Miller Martin. Her mother survives in St. Marys and father is deceased. On Nov. 22, 1983, she married Robert Martin, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Justin, Fort Bragg, N.C.; a daughter, Katrina, St. Marys; and a half sister, Molly (Keith) Kosiewicz, Independence.
Deceased are an infant daughter, Amber; two brothers, John Jr. and Larry; and a sister, Sheryl Perry.
She worked at the former Fisher Cheese Co., Wapakoneta, and as a nursing assistant at Auglaize Acres Nursing Home, Wapakoneta, and Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. She was a 1974 graduate of Memorial High School and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, both of St. Marys.
Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at the church the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, High Street Chapel, St. Marys.
