* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Siefring
Paul Siefring, 75, 217 South Perry St., St. Marys, died Oct. 20, 2006, at St. Marys Living Center.
He was born Aug. 3, 1931, in St. Marys, to John and Rosa Kramer Siefring. On Nov. 26, 1953, he married Ruth Helen Lenhart, who survives.
Also surviving are four sons, Edward (Deb), Celina, Donald (Laura), St. Marys, Stephen, Honolulu, Hawaii, and Paul (Angie), Wapakoneta; six daughters, Ann, of Gorham, Maine, Rebecca (David) Flaute, Karen (Larry) Williams, Vickie (Ed) Smith, Christine (Randy) Taylor and Mary Beth, all of St. Marys; four brothers, Harold (Pauline), Decatur, Ind., John (Marge) Columbus, Lawrence (Joy), and Wilbur (Monica), all of Louisville, Ky.; four sisters, Laurena Frilling, St. Marys, Barbara Winner, Osgood, Deloris (Tom) Hemmelgarn, Fort Recovery, and twin sister, Pauline (Leo) Kunk, Phoenix, Ariz.; 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Mary Heitkamp.
He was a farmer and retired from Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, and Knights of Columbus, where he was a 4th Degree Knight.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
