* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lucille Snyder
Lucille A. Snyder, 88, of the Gardens at Wapakoneta, died at 12:42 p.m. Oct. 30, 2006, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born Oct. 5, 1918, in Mercer County, to Frank and Elizabeth Eyink Rosengarten. On Feb. 9, 1952, she married Warren S. Snyder, who died April 4, 2000.
Survivors are two sisters-in-law, Rosie Rosengarten, Gardendale, Ala., and Mary Rosengarten, Kettering.
Deceased are four brothers, Arnold, Linus, Roman and Urban Rosegarten; and two sisters, Julianna Burkett and Delores Coats.
A 1936 graduate of Coldwater High School, she was a homemaker and member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Botkins, and its Ladies Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Patrick Sloneker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 9-10 a.m. Friday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta.
Contributions can be made to the Botkins Library or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
