* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pauline Keene
Pauline "Sal" Keene, 89, of Rockford, died at 11 p.m. Nov. 10, 2006, at her home.
She was born June 14, 1917, in Rockford: to Fred and Hazel Gilliland Gibson. On Sept. 18, 1951, she married Maurice Keene, who died Jan. 6, 2000.
Surviving are a daughter, Brooke (Fred) Reyman, Rockford, a brother, Wavel Gibson, Dayton; four grandchildren and six great grand- children.
Deceased are a son, Larry Woten; two brothers, Jim and Burl Gibson and three sisters, Laura Zizelman, Grace Shaffer, and Opal Gibson.
She and her husband were proprietors of the Dinner Bell Restaurant and the Tastee Twirl. She also worked at Tu-Way Products and Shane Hill Nursing Home, both in Rockford. She was a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina, a member of the Mercer County Senior Citizens and Order of Eastern Stars. She was a past worthy matron of the Eastern Stars and was grand representative to Alberta, Canada.
Memorial services are 2 p.m. Nov. 26, 2006, at Rockford Community Building, the Rev. Karen Long officiating. After the service, there will be a light lunch.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Nov. 26, at the Community Building.
