Doris Dugan
Doris Ann Dugan, 73, of Rockford, died Nov. 21, 2006, at her residence.
She was born April 18, 1933, in Mercer County, to Harry and Zella Steen Mefferd. On April 16, 1955, she married Vincent Dugan, who died Nov. 25, 2005.
Survivors are three sons, Thomas (Becky) and John (Amy), all of Rockford, and Patrick, Celina; two daughters, Cathy (Brad) Pfeiffer, Heber Springs, Ark., and Mary (Tom) Eischen, Celina; and eight grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Harold Mefferd, and a sister, Helen Graham.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Women's Sodality of St. Teresa Catholic Church, Rockford.
  Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford. A rosary service is 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
