* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Clifford Tyler Jr.
Clifford L. "Butch" Tyler Jr., 52, of Rockford, died at 4:24 p.m. Nov. 25, 2006, at Van Wert County Hospital. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born June 24, 1954, in Paulding, to Clifford L. and Emma Taylor Tyler. On July 7, 1973, he married Penny Feasby Tyler, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Clifford L. III (Margot), Wellston; a daughter, Sara (Joseph) Horine, Van Wert; three brothers, Tom (Mary), Shippenville, Pa., Larry (Bev) Schoonover and Frank (Lois) Schoonover, all of Van Wert; and three sisters, Emma (Wade) Raines, Van Wert, Carolyn (Steve) Murphy, Argyle, Texas, and Gloria Felger, Van Wert.
He worked for 33 years at Kennedy Kit MFG, and was owner/operator of Tyler's Sport Shop, both of Van Wert.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home and Crematory, Van Wert, the Rev. Gerald Baker officiating. Burial is at Tomlinson Cemetery, Mercer County.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
