* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

Richard Link
Richard Charles Link, 88, 605 N. Elm St., Coldwater, died at 11:25 p.m. Nov. 27, 2006, at Briarwood Nursing Home, Coldwater.
He was born July 24, 1918, in Philothea, to John N. and Caroline Schwegman Link.
Survivors are a sister, Dolores (Leonard) Belscher, Coldwater; two nieces and a nephew.
Deceased are a brother, Verner, and a sister, Marcella Bornhorst.
He was a retired farmer and member of St. Marys Catholic Church, Philothea.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Dan Schmitmeyer officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
