* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Celina city crews work on power lines along Wayne Street, near Celina East Elementary School, on Friday afternoon. Power poles and lines were blown down throughout the Grand Lake area, causing many power outages.
