* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Rev. Arnold Meiring

The Rev. Arnold Meiring, 91, died at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 5, 2006, in the infirmary at St. Charles Center, Carthagena.

Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the center, the Rev. Angelo Anthony officiating. Burial will follow in the Community cemetery at the center.

Calling hours are Friday afternoon with a wake service at 7 p.m.
