Paul Stammen, a Cub Scout Webelo, blows his All American regatta boat down an improvised race course (yes, it's spouting) during competition among St. Henry Cub Scout Pack 101 on Monday night at the village's American Legion hall. Overall champion for the event was Ryan Muhlenkamp.
