* WHAT...Visibility near zero at times in dense fog. Some patchy freezing fog through daybreak is possible on bridges and elevated roadways.
* WHERE...Area-wide.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in many areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

A modest garden behind the Spiritual Center of Maria Stein will soon become an Angel Garden to memorialize young children who have died. The idea was proposed by center director Sister Barbara Ann Hoying who felt the need for a place where parents and others who have lost a child can come to reflect.
