* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 435 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Rogelio "Roy" Rodreguez, 37, 440 Touvelle St., Lot 18, was apprehended while driving a 1996 Ford pickup truck southbound on Mill Street near Anthony Street at 12:05 a.m. Dec. 31.
