* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Clara McBride
Clara McBride, 79, 5072 Coldwater Creek Road, Celina, died at 11:05 a.m. Jan. 8, 2007, at her daughter's residence in Celina.
She was born Nov. 4, 1927, in Mercer County, to J. Edward and Elizabeth Link Borgerding. On May 21, 1949, she married Leland McBride, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are a daughter, Nancy (Steve) Booher, Celina; a brother, Oscar (Edna) Borgerding, St. Henry; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are a daughter, Jeannie May; a son, Mike McBride; a brother, George; and three sisters, Marita Hess, Edna Cummings and Laura Dorsten.
She retired from Huffy Bicycle Co., Celina. She was a member of Celina First Church of God and attended special services at Celina First Presbyterian.
Memorial services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church, the Rev. Dave Dennis officiating.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
